Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Fold in the pistachio cream until incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder, then gradually add this mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with a splash of milk if needed.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool, dust with powdered sugar, and serve warm.
