- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Chocolate kisses
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, blend together 1 cup of creamy peanut butter, ¾ cup of powdered sugar, ¼ cup of honey, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until well combined.
- Use your hands to form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place each ball onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to cool.
- While they rest, unwrap your chocolate kisses.
- Once the cookies have settled for about 30 minutes in the fridge, press a chocolate kiss gently on top of each cookie.
- Allow everything to chill together for at least another 15 minutes, letting the chocolate melt into the cookie.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
For a nut-free version, substitute almond butter instead of peanut butter. For a vegan twist, use agave syrup instead of honey.
