A delightful no-bake treat combining creamy peanut butter, sweet honey, and topped with a chocolate kiss, perfect for sharing with loved ones.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chocolate kisses

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, blend together 1 cup of creamy peanut butter, ¾ cup of powdered sugar, ¼ cup of honey, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Use your hands to form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Place each ball onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to cool.
  4. While they rest, unwrap your chocolate kisses.
  5. Once the cookies have settled for about 30 minutes in the fridge, press a chocolate kiss gently on top of each cookie.
  6. Allow everything to chill together for at least another 15 minutes, letting the chocolate melt into the cookie.
  7. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

For a nut-free version, substitute almond butter instead of peanut butter. For a vegan twist, use agave syrup instead of honey.
