  • Sparkling water (½ cup + more to top off)
  • Lime juice (juice of 1 lime)
  • Optional sweetener (honey or agave syrup)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Wash and hull the strawberries, and gather fresh mint.
  2. Muddle the Strawberries: In a sturdy glass or cocktail shaker, muddle the strawberries and mint until they release their juices.
  3. Add Lime Juice: Pour in the juice of one fresh lime and mix gently.
  4. Incorporate Liquid: Add sweetener if desired, then pour in ½ cup of sparkling water and mix gently.
  5. Top It Off: Add more sparkling water until your glass is full, stirring gently.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Pour over ice and garnish with a sprig of mint and whole strawberries.
