Description

Decadent Oreo Balls made with crushed Oreos and cream cheese coated in chocolate, perfect for celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz white or milk chocolate chips
  • Optional toppings: crushed Oreos, sprinkles, or crushed nuts

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos using a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  2. In a large bowl, mix Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until well blended.
  3. Chill the mixture in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
  4. Scoop and roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl according to package instructions; stir until smooth.
  6. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  7. Place the chocolate-coated balls back on the baking sheet and sprinkle with toppings if desired.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for another 15 to 20 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
