- 1 package Oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz white or milk chocolate chips
- Optional toppings: crushed Oreos, sprinkles, or crushed nuts
Instructions
- Crush the Oreos using a food processor until fine crumbs form.
- In a large bowl, mix Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until well blended.
- Chill the mixture in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- Scoop and roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl according to package instructions; stir until smooth.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Place the chocolate-coated balls back on the baking sheet and sprinkle with toppings if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for another 15 to 20 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
