Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together miso paste, honey or maple syrup, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
- Place salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet, skin side down.
- Spread the miso glaze evenly over each fillet.
- Roast for 12-15 minutes, or until desired doneness.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions on top before serving.
Notes
For more flavor, let the salmon sit in the glaze for a few minutes before cooking. Use a meat thermometer for accuracy; aim for an internal temperature of 125°F (52°C).
