  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Pan: Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal later.
  2. Melt the Butter: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter without browning it.
  3. Add Sweetened Condensed Milk: Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and stir until well-combined.
  4. Incorporate Key Lime Juice and Zest: Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the key lime juice and zest.
  5. Mix in White Chocolate Chips: Stir in the white chocolate chips until fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
  6. Pour into Prepared Pan: Transfer the mixture into the lined baking dish and spread it evenly.
  7. Chill Until Set: Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, or until set.
