  • 1/2 cup sweetener (erythritol, monk fruit, or stevia)
  • 2 large eggs (or flax eggs for vegan option)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional mix-ins: dark chocolate chips, chopped nuts, or a sprinkle of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine unsweetened cocoa powder and almond flour, whisking well.
  3. In a separate bowl, blend together the nut butter, sweetener, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until fully combined.
  5. Add any optional mix-ins.
  6. Spread the batter into the prepared baking dish, smoothing out the top.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
  8. Let cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before lifting out. Cool completely on a wire rack.
  9. Once cooled, slice into squares and serve.
