Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine unsweetened cocoa powder and almond flour, whisking well.
- In a separate bowl, blend together the nut butter, sweetener, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until fully combined.
- Add any optional mix-ins.
- Spread the batter into the prepared baking dish, smoothing out the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
- Let cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before lifting out. Cool completely on a wire rack.
