Ingredients

- 2 cups fruit juice (orange, grape, apple, or berry juice)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 tablespoons unflavored powdered gelatin
- 1 cup water
- Optional: food coloring, flavor extracts
Instructions
- Measure out your fruit juice in a saucepan.
- Sprinkle in the unflavored gelatin gradually while stirring and let it sit for five minutes to bloom.
- Add sugar and stir over low heat until the mixture is clear and glossy.
- Add food coloring and flavor extract if desired.
- Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set.
- Once firm, pop out of molds and dust with sugar if desired.
Notes
Ensure to allow the mixture to cool properly for the best texture. Use a kitchen scale for accurate measurements.
