- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup bittersweet chocolate
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate and butter together, mixing in the cocoa powder until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together the sugars and vanilla. Combine with the melted chocolate mixture.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Sift in the flour and mix gently until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
