Instructions

- Add the remaining sugar and lemon juice: Stir in the rest and heat over medium until boiling.

- Check the consistency: Drop a spoonful on a cold plate to test if it’s thickened.
- Fill your jars: Ladle the hot jam into sterilized jars, leaving headspace.
- Process the jars: Process in boiling water for 10-15 minutes.
- Allow to cool: Let the jars cool completely before storage.
- Label and store: Label your jars and keep them in a cool, dark place.
