Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition, and stir in the vanilla.
- Whisk together the cocoa powder, flour, and salt in another bowl, then fold this dry mixture into the wet mixture.
- Fold in the chocolate chips gently.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheets, leaving space for spreading.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges firm up.
- Let them cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
