- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 lb spicy sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Fresh herbs (chopped green onions or parsley) for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until it’s browned and crumbly. Drain excess fat and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine pimento cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in the cooked sausage, adding garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until bubbling and golden on the edges.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm with crackers, veggies, or toasted baguette slices.
