- White wine, 1/2 cup
- Vegetable or chicken broth, 1 cup
- Butter, 2 tablespoons
Instructions
- Prep the Chicken: Rinse and pat dry the chicken pieces. Season them generously with salt and pepper, allowing the flavors to penetrate.
