Instructions

  1. Prep the Chicken: Rinse and pat dry the chicken pieces. Season them generously with salt and pepper, allowing the flavors to penetrate.
  2. Sauté Aromatics: In a spacious skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and watch it sizzle.
  3. Cook the Chicken: Place the chicken skin-side down in the skillet. Sear until beautifully golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Flip to cook the other side until just cooked through.
