Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • Sprinkles, edible flowers, or berries for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour a mini cake pan to ensure an easy release.
  3. Cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in vanilla and milk.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder. Gradually add to wet mixture, folding gently until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let it cool before removing from pan.
  6. For the frosting, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar, adding milk or vanilla for consistency until smooth and creamy.
  7. Once the cake is cool, spread frosting generously on top and decorate as desired.
