Description

Ingredients

  • Fresh mushrooms (cremini or button)
  • Fresh garlic cloves

Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms by gently wiping them with a damp cloth.
  2. In a large skillet, heat half a tablespoon of butter and a splash of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about one minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the cleaned mushrooms, spreading them out evenly in the pan. Allow them to sit for a few moments before stirring.
  4. Season with salt and pepper. Stir occasionally until mushrooms are tender and golden, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Stir in freshly chopped thyme and parsley at the end for flavor and color.
