Description

Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs (fresh)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter (or olive oil)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • Fresh Herbs (chopped parsley, chives, or basil)
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • Heart-shaped molds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add butter and let it melt.
  2. Add minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Using a heart-shaped mold, crack an egg into the mold and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat until the eggs are custardy but not overcooked.
  5. Before finishing, sprinkle fresh herbs on top to wilt slightly.
  6. Gently remove the mold and slide the heart-shaped egg onto a plate. Repeat with remaining eggs.
  7. Serve warm alongside toast or salad.
