- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)

Instructions
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add butter and let it melt.
- Add minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Using a heart-shaped mold, crack an egg into the mold and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat until the eggs are custardy but not overcooked.
- Before finishing, sprinkle fresh herbs on top to wilt slightly.
- Gently remove the mold and slide the heart-shaped egg onto a plate. Repeat with remaining eggs.
- Serve warm alongside toast or salad.
