Delicious Nutella Puff Pastry shaped into hearts, perfect for celebrating love on Valentine’s Day.

- 1 package puff pastry (thawed)
- 1 cup Nutella
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 2 tablespoons sugar (for sprinkling)
- Optional: 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: pinch of sea salt
- Optional: sliced strawberries or raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface and cut heart shapes using a cookie cutter.
- Place a dollop of Nutella in the center of half the heart shapes.
- Brush a little egg wash around the edges, then place the other half of the heart shape on top. Press the edges with a fork to seal.
- Brush each pastry with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar and, optionally, a pinch of salt.
- Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving with whipped cream or fresh fruits.
Notes
For a gourmet touch, drizzle melted chocolate on top or dust with powdered sugar before serving.
