Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sugar; stir well.
  3. Melt the butter or coconut oil in a separate bowl, then add eggs and vanilla, whisking until combined.
  4. Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until it forms a batter. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared dish, smoothing the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
