- 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by bringing ricotta to room temperature for easier blending.
- In a food processor, combine ricotta, olive oil, honey, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend for 2-3 minutes until smooth and fluffy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste the dip and adjust sweetness or acidity with more honey or lemon juice if desired.
- Finely chop fresh herbs and stir them into the dip.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and garnish with additional herbs or sea salt. Serve with vegetables or bread.
Notes
For an even silkier texture, pass the ricotta through a fine-mesh sieve before blending.
