- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- ½ tsp Salt
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter, softened

- 1 cup Heavy Cream (for ganache)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour three round cake pans.
- Melt the dark and milk chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together the butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla and melted chocolate.
- Gradually add the dry mixture, alternating with milk, and mix until just combined.
- Divide the batter evenly among the pans and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Cool the cakes in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- For the ganache, heat heavy cream and pour over chopped white chocolate, letting it sit before stirring until smooth.
- Assemble the cake by layering with ganache and covering the top and sides.
- Decorate with sprinkles or fresh berries, if desired.
