- 1/2 cup Butter (softened)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream softened butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (about 3-4 minutes).
- Add pumpkin puree and egg to the butter mixture, mixing until smooth.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown around the edges.
- Let cool before transferring to a wire rack.
