- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs

- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- A pinch of salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract, mixing well after each addition.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
- Scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, placing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are firm but centers are soft.
- Let cookies cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Serve warm with a glass of milk for maximum enjoyment. These cookies can be frozen for up to three months.
