  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
  7. Scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, placing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are firm but centers are soft.
  9. Let cookies cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
