Description

A comforting and cozy blend of black tea, warm milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon, perfect for chilly evenings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 teaspoons black tea leaves (or 1 tea bag)
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup whole milk (or almond/oat/soy milk)
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Sugar or sweetener to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan, then add black tea and steep for 3-5 minutes.
  2. In another saucepan, gently heat 1 cup of milk and stir in vanilla extract.
  3. Strain the brewed tea into a mug or teapot, discarding the tea leaves.
  4. Add the warm milk, sugar, and a pinch of salt to the tea.
  5. Sprinkle in half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon and stir well. Optionally, garnish with a cinnamon stick.
  6. Enjoy your cozy tea with a moment to savor the aroma.

Notes

Taste as you go and adjust sweetness or milk levels to your preference. Add more cinnamon if you like it spicier!
