Description

A comforting and indulgent dish of bowtie pasta tossed with tender chicken in a rich garlic butter and creamy mozzarella sauce, perfect for family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Boneless Chicken (breasts or thighs)
  • 8 oz Bowtie Pasta
  • 4 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then sauté until golden brown and fully cooked.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Reduce heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring in the shredded mozzarella until melted.
  5. Add the cooked pasta, tossing everything together until well coated in the sauce.
  6. Sprinkle with parsley and basil before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with crusty bread for extra sauce soaking.
