- 1 lb Boneless Chicken (breasts or thighs)
- 8 oz Bowtie Pasta
- 4 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup Fresh Basil, chopped
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then sauté until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Reduce heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring in the shredded mozzarella until melted.
- Add the cooked pasta, tossing everything together until well coated in the sauce.
- Sprinkle with parsley and basil before serving.
