Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, beaten eggs, vanilla, and sweetener. Mix until smooth.
- Chop apples into bite-sized pieces and toss them with cinnamon in the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
