  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 46 Candy Canes (crushed, with additional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cheesecake mixture: In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
  2. Whip the cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cheesecake mixture.
  3. Crush the candy canes: Place the candy canes in a resealable plastic bag and crush them. Maintain a mixture of fine dust and small chunks.
  4. Assemble the parfaits: In clear glasses, layer graham cracker crumbs, cheesecake mixture, and crushed candy canes. Repeat the layering until the glasses are filled.
  5. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of crushed candy canes. Optionally, add a whole candy cane for garnish.
  6. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes
