- 8 oz Cream Cheese (full-fat)
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 4–6 Candy Canes (crushed, with additional for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the cheesecake mixture: In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- Whip the cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cheesecake mixture.
- Crush the candy canes: Place the candy canes in a resealable plastic bag and crush them. Maintain a mixture of fine dust and small chunks.
- Assemble the parfaits: In clear glasses, layer graham cracker crumbs, cheesecake mixture, and crushed candy canes. Repeat the layering until the glasses are filled.
- Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of crushed candy canes. Optionally, add a whole candy cane for garnish.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Enjoy: Serve chilled and delight in the flavors!
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for cream cheese or heavy cream. For additional crunch, add more crushed candy canes just before serving.
