Ingredients

  • 2 cups apples, chopped (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
  • 1 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries or raisins
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by washing and chopping apples, celery, and nuts.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine apples, celery, nuts, and dried cranberries. Toss gently.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, yogurt, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until well mixed.
