Instructions

- Add heavy cream and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Gently fold in flour until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40-50 minutes, until the top is deep brown and the center is barely set.
- Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside to prevent cracking.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before slicing and serving.
