Description

A unique cheesecake with a caramelized top and creamy filling, perfect for family gatherings and celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sugar; blend until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is incorporated fully.
  4. Add heavy cream and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  5. Gently fold in flour until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40-50 minutes, until the top is deep brown and the center is barely set.
  7. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside to prevent cracking.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before slicing and serving.

Notes

Use room temperature ingredients for a smoother batter. Allow the cheesecake to cool gradually in the oven.
