Instructions

- Divide the dough into two disks, wrap them in plastic wrap, and chill for at least one hour.

- Transfer the cookies to the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
