Instructions

- Heat the Skillet: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Form the Fritters: Shape the mixture into patties and place them in the skillet without crowding.
- Fry Until Golden: Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Notes
For a healthier option, bake fritters at 400°F for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through. Be sure to squeeze out the moisture from the zucchini to avoid soggy fritters.
