Description

A refreshing drink perfect for hot summer days, blending the tartness of lemons with the sweetness of raspberries and the unique texture of chia seeds.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 fresh lemons, juiced
  • 4 cups filtered water
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Rinse the fresh raspberries gently under cold water and place them in a bowl to dry.
  2. In a blender, combine 1 cup of raspberries and the juice of 2 fresh lemons. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the raspberry-lemon mixture into a pitcher filled with 4 cups of filtered water. Stir well.
  4. Add 1/4 cup of chia seeds and stir again, allowing the seeds to soak and expand.
  5. Let the mixture sit for 10-15 minutes to develop texture.
  6. Give it one final stir before serving. Serve in tall glasses filled with ice or in a pitcher.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. If preparing ahead, store in the refrigerator for no longer than 24 hours and stir before serving.
