Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 2 fresh lemons, juiced
- 4 cups filtered water
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
Instructions
- Rinse the fresh raspberries gently under cold water and place them in a bowl to dry.
- In a blender, combine 1 cup of raspberries and the juice of 2 fresh lemons. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the raspberry-lemon mixture into a pitcher filled with 4 cups of filtered water. Stir well.
- Add 1/4 cup of chia seeds and stir again, allowing the seeds to soak and expand.
- Let the mixture sit for 10-15 minutes to develop texture.
- Give it one final stir before serving. Serve in tall glasses filled with ice or in a pitcher.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh. If preparing ahead, store in the refrigerator for no longer than 24 hours and stir before serving.
