- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup heavy cream or oat milk
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or sugar
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or a blend of cinnamon and nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions
- Start with a chilled bowl. Pour in your heavy cream (or alternative) and beat it with a hand mixer until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the pumpkin puree into the whipped cream.
- Stir in the maple syrup (or sugar) and vanilla extract. Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Sprinkle in the pumpkin pie spice, and blend until combined.
- Spoon the fluffy Pumpkin Cold Foam over your coffee, hot chocolate, or pancakes. Enjoy!
Notes
Use fresh pumpkin for a richer flavor, but canned pumpkin puree is a convenient option. Keep ingredients chilled for the best texture.
