Description

A creamy, autumn-inspired cold foam made with pumpkin puree and warm spices, perfect for topping coffee or desserts.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup heavy cream or oat milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or a blend of cinnamon and nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Start with a chilled bowl. Pour in your heavy cream (or alternative) and beat it with a hand mixer until soft peaks form.
  2. Gently fold the pumpkin puree into the whipped cream.
  3. Stir in the maple syrup (or sugar) and vanilla extract. Adjust sweetness to taste.
  4. Sprinkle in the pumpkin pie spice, and blend until combined.
