Instructions
- Wash and dry the spinach thoroughly. Core and slice your green apple.
- In your blender, combine spinach, chopped green apple, Greek yogurt, and almond milk. Add honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Blend until smooth. Adjust thickness with more milk if necessary and taste to adjust sweetness.
