Instructions

  3. Add the chicken broth to the pot and bring it to a gentle simmer, cooking until the chicken is fully cooked (about 15-20 minutes).
  4. Stir in the Greek yogurt or heavy cream, allowing the soup to thicken and become creamy.
  5. Mix in lemon juice, zest, fresh herbs, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
