Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional add-ins: walnuts, pecans, or colorful sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine the chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and butter, stirring continuously until melted and thick.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and any optional ingredients.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and smooth the top.
  5. Allow to cool at room temperature for several hours or in the fridge for about 2 hours.
  6. Once set, lift the fudge from the dish, cut into squares, and enjoy!

Notes

Be patient during the cooling process for the best texture. Use low heat to avoid scorching the chocolate.
