Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Dice your fresh tomatoes and sprinkle them lightly with salt, letting them sit to enhance flavor.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and olive oil until smooth. Add sour cream if desired.
- Stir in minced garlic and chopped basil.
- Fold in diced tomatoes and half of the mozzarella cheese.
