Ingredients

- 1 package of bread dough (homemade or store-bought)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella or fontina)
- 1/4 cup fresh herbs (parsley, rosemary, or thyme), chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- If using store-bought dough, allow it to come to room temperature. For homemade, let it rise until doubled in size.
- In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter and add minced garlic; stir to infuse.
- Divide the dough into small, golf ball-sized pieces and dip each piece in the garlic butter.
- Layer the pieces in a greased bundt pan or skillet, adding shredded cheese and herbs between layers.
- Cover the pan and let the dough rise for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
