Description

A delightful Pull Apart Bread filled with garlic, cheese, and herbs, perfect for sharing at any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of bread dough (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella or fontina)
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs (parsley, rosemary, or thyme), chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. If using store-bought dough, allow it to come to room temperature. For homemade, let it rise until doubled in size.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter and add minced garlic; stir to infuse.
  3. Divide the dough into small, golf ball-sized pieces and dip each piece in the garlic butter.
  4. Layer the pieces in a greased bundt pan or skillet, adding shredded cheese and herbs between layers.
  5. Cover the pan and let the dough rise for about 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.

Notes

For added flavor, consider incorporating caramelized onions or sautéed mushrooms.
