- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 package Oreos, chopped
- 1 cup M&Ms
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (about 2–3 minutes).
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk the flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda, then gradually combine with the wet ingredients.
- Fold in the chopped Oreos and M&Ms.
- Scoop tablespoons of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Bake for about 10–12 minutes, until edges are set and centers are slightly soft.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
Notes
Chill the dough for 30 minutes to enhance flavor and texture. Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for best results.
