Description

Delicious Ham and Cheese Sticks that blend smoky ham with melted cheese, wrapped in flaky dough, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups deli ham, sliced
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 package puff pastry dough
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped or dried thyme
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to a thin layer.
  3. Cut the dough into rectangles, about 4 inches by 6 inches.
  4. Layer the ham and cheese: Place slices of ham on the dough, then add a handful of cheese on top.
  5. Sprinkle your chosen herbs over the ham and cheese.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges with a fork.
  7. Brush melted butter on top of each stick.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
  9. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Feel free to substitute turkey for ham for a lighter version. Use store-bought dough for convenience.
