Delicious Ham and Cheese Sticks that blend smoky ham with melted cheese, wrapped in flaky dough, perfect for any gathering.

- 2 cups deli ham, sliced
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 package puff pastry dough
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped or dried thyme
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to a thin layer.
- Cut the dough into rectangles, about 4 inches by 6 inches.
- Layer the ham and cheese: Place slices of ham on the dough, then add a handful of cheese on top.
- Sprinkle your chosen herbs over the ham and cheese.
- Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush melted butter on top of each stick.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Feel free to substitute turkey for ham for a lighter version. Use store-bought dough for convenience.
