Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef (chuck or sirloin), thinly sliced
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Slice the beef, chop garlic, and prepare vegetables.
  2. Sear the Beef: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add oil and sear beef until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. Sauté the Aromatics: In the same skillet, add more oil if needed, then sauté garlic until fragrant, followed by the vegetables until softened.
  4. Create the Broth: Pour in the broth and soy sauce, bringing to a simmer, then add back the beef.
  5. Cook the Noodles: Boil the noodles separately and then add them to the broth.
  6. Finish with Herbs: Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
