- 1 lb beef (chuck or sirloin), thinly sliced
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 4 cups beef broth
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Fresh parsley or cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Slice the beef, chop garlic, and prepare vegetables.
- Sear the Beef: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add oil and sear beef until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté the Aromatics: In the same skillet, add more oil if needed, then sauté garlic until fragrant, followed by the vegetables until softened.
- Create the Broth: Pour in the broth and soy sauce, bringing to a simmer, then add back the beef.
- Cook the Noodles: Boil the noodles separately and then add them to the broth.
- Finish with Herbs: Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
