Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the vanilla yogurt with honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
  2. Gently rinse the berries. Hull and slice strawberries as needed.
  3. In a trifle dish or individual glasses, start with a layer of yogurt (about one cup) at the bottom.
  4. Sprinkle a layer of granola over the yogurt.
  5. Add a mix of berries on top of the granola.
  6. Continue layering yogurt, granola, and berries until the dish is filled, finishing with yogurt topped with granola and berries.
  7. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Optionally, add granola as the final layer just before serving to keep it crunchy.
