Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, prepare the brownie batter according to package instructions, mixing in the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla until combined.
- Pour half of the brownie mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
- Dollop spoonfuls of cookie dough over the brownie layer, leaving gaps for a rustic look.
- Spread the remaining brownie batter over the cookie dough layer, covering it completely.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
- Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before cutting into squares.
