Description

Decadent brownies layered with cookie dough and chocolate chips for a rich and indulgent dessert experience.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box brownie mix or homemade brownie batter
  • 1 package cookie dough (refrigerated or homemade)
  • 1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, prepare the brownie batter according to package instructions, mixing in the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla until combined.
  4. Pour half of the brownie mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
  5. Dollop spoonfuls of cookie dough over the brownie layer, leaving gaps for a rustic look.
  6. Spread the remaining brownie batter over the cookie dough layer, covering it completely.
  7. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top.
  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  9. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before cutting into squares.

Notes

For a gluten-free option, try using gluten-free brownie and cookie mixes. You can also add mix-ins like nuts or caramel for an extra treat.
