Ingredients
Scale

- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Fresh parsley and chives (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels to prevent steaming.
- Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp in a single layer and cook undisturbed for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
- Flip the shrimp and cook for an additional minute, then squeeze lemon juice and add fresh herbs.
- Transfer the shrimp to a serving platter and garnish with extra herbs.
Notes
Avoid overcrowding the pan to achieve the best sear on the shrimp. Serve warm with a side salad or over rice.
