Ingredients

  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 2 cups chopped apples (preferably Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar. Mix well and divide among jars, pressing down to form a base.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Gradually fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté chopped apples with cinnamon for about 5 minutes until tender.
  4. Spoon a layer of cream cheese mixture into each jar, followed by a layer of sautéed apples. Repeat layers until jars are full.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
