Ingredients
Scale
- 2 salmon fillets
- 3 tablespoons miso paste

- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and cover a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.

- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the baking sheet, squeeze fresh lemon juice over them, and coat with the miso butter glaze.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- For a crispy top, broil for 1-2 minutes, watching closely to avoid burning.
- Garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds and serve immediately.
Notes
Fresh salmon is optimal, but trout or cod can be used as substitutes. For a lighter option, olive oil can replace the butter.
