Ingredients

  • 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 4 Egg Yolks

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate gently in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth.
  2. Whisk egg yolks and sugar in a separate bowl until pale and fluffy. Gradually mix in the melted chocolate.
