- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
- 3 scallions (green onions), chopped
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: Mix soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Marinate the Salmon: Place salmon fillets in the marinade for 15 to 30 minutes.
- Heat the Oil: In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive or sesame oil.
- Cook the Salmon: Add salmon fillets, skin-side down, and cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
- Add Scallions: In the last minute, sprinkle chopped scallions on top.
- Plate and Serve: Remove from heat, drizzle with marinade, and serve with desired sides.
