- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture all over the chicken thighs.
- Place the chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- If desired, broil for the last 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness.
- Allow the chicken to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
