Instructions
- Start by mincing your garlic cloves.
- In a medium skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to let it brown.
- Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring gently.
- Gradually whisk in the Parmesan cheese, continuing to stir until melted and the sauce thickens (about 3-5 minutes).
