- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs

- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
- 1 cup dark chocolate chunks
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, and then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and baking soda, then gradually incorporate it into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in the diced strawberries and dark chocolate chunks carefully.
- Using a cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving space for spreading.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden; allow to cool slightly on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking for thicker cookies. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
